In accordance with current Mexican regulations on the protection of personal data held by individuals, below you will find all relevant information on how we treat the personal data you share with us.
I. Responsible for the treatment:

(hereinafter FIBRATEL ALL CONECTED), company identified with the Registro Federal de Contribuyentes (RFC) FAC171211RMA and with address located at Calle Darwin no. 74 Int. 301, Col. II. Purposes for which your personal data will be processed:
We will process your personal data for the following purposes:
Potential Clients and Customers:
(i) make offers about our products and/or services; (ii) sell you and provide telecommunications services; (iii) comply with legal obligations such as billing, accounting and consumption; (iv) attend any request you may make; (v) invite you to events to ensure our business activity; (vi) ensure the satisfaction of our customers; (vii) send relevant information about our products and services; (viii) measure the effectiveness of our advertising actions; (ix) conduct satisfaction surveys; (x) investigate fraud or protect our operations and users; (xi) send commercial communications related to our services, based on a commercial profile developed from your consumption habits, use of our services and navigation on our website; (xii) record through CCTV in the venues where it is available; (xiii) visit our offices.
Processing for human resources management:
(i) Development of personnel selection processes. (ii) Hiring of personnel. (iii) Payment of payroll. (iv) Training. (v) Application of the collective bargaining agreement. (vi) Management, planning and organization of work. (vii) Equality and safety in the workplace. (viii) Exercise and enjoyment of vacations. (ix) Termination of the labor relationship and all those necessary for corporate control.
Video surveillance:
(i) To ensure the safety of the facility or people. (ii) To ensure the correct performance of tasks in the work environment.
Suppliers:
If during the provision of the service the provider exchanges additional data to those referred to in article 5, section III of the Regulation of the Federal Law for the Protection of Personal Data in Possession of Individuals (“RLFPDPPP”). The SUPPLIER that delivers the data to FIBRATEL ALL CONECTED shall comply with the duty to inform its employees and/or collaborators and/or subcontractors and/or other personal data owners, indicating that such data will be transferred to the other party for the management of the contract based on the provisions of section IV of article 10 of the Federal Law for the Protection of Personal Data in Possession of Individuals (“LFPDPPP”).
The data will be processed only for the following purposes:
(i) To manage the commercial, supply, cooperation and, in general, business relationship; (ii) To verify and control the processes and the quality of the service provided by the Supplier; (iii) To comply with tax regulations or for other legal reasons, which involve the exploration of databases and the request for information.
III. Data we collect
We process only the data necessary for each of the purposes identified above. For the aforementioned purposes we will process the following categories of personal data:
Potential Clients and Clients Data:
- Identifying information: name, surname, INE, RFC, address, telephone, e-mail, photographs or voice audios.
- Economic-financial: bank details.
- Commercial: activities or businesses, commercial licenses, subscriptions to publications or media, artistic, literary, scientific or technical creations.
- IP address: the IP address is a set of numbers that logically and hierarchically identifies a network interface of a device, and can therefore be an identifying data for geolocation purposes.
- Device identifiers: device type, operating system type and version, unique device identifier, browser, browser language, domain and other system data, and platform types.
Data included in the database for human resources management:
- Identifying information: name, surname, INE, social security number, address, telephone, e-mail, photographs or voice recordings.
- Personal: date and place of birth, age, marital status, family data.
- Academic and training: academic record, training and academic degrees.
- Professional and employment: experience in the professional world, category or position to be developed or developed by the Applicant or Employee, professional record of the Applicant or Employee.
- Economic-financial: bank details, income, income, credits, loans, guarantees, pension plan, retirement.
- Sensitive data related to occupational health: processing containing data related to health, referring exclusively to the degree of disability, medical incapacity due to absence from work or the simple declaration of the holder’s condition of disability or invalidity, due to the fulfillment of legal duties.
- Judicial: judicial file or history, sanctions, judicial proceedings.
- IP address: the IP address is a set of numbers that logically and hierarchically identifies a network interface of a device, and can therefore be an identifying data for geolocation purposes.
- Device identifiers: device type, operating system type and version, unique device identifier, browser, browser language, domain and other system data, and platform types.
Data included in the Suppliers database:
- Identifying information: name, surname, INE, RFC, address, telephone, e-mail, photographs or voice audios.
- Professional and employment: experience in the professional world, category or position to be developed or developed by the employee, professional record of the employee.
- Economic-financial: bank details, income, income, credits, loans, guarantees, pension plan, retirement.
- Administrative: administrative procedures, claims and appeals, sanctions, registrations, applications, concessions.
- Judicial: judicial file or history, sanctions, judicial proceedings.
- Commercial: activities or businesses, commercial licenses, subscriptions to publications or media, artistic, literary, scientific or technical creations.
- IP address: the IP address is a set of numbers that logically and hierarchically identifies a network interface of a device, and can therefore be an identifying data for geolocation purposes.
- Device identifiers: device type, operating system type and version, unique device identifier, browser, browser language, domain and other system data, and platform types
IV. Legitimation
The legal basis that legitimizes the indicated treatments is the express consent, which may be expressed verbally, in writing, by electronic, optical or any other means or technology, or by unequivocal signs. It will be understood that the owner tacitly consents to the processing of his/her data, when having made this privacy notice available to him/her, he/she does not express his/her opposition.
In cases where sensitive personal data is processed, FIBRATEL ALL CONECTED will obtain the express written consent of the owner, using authentication mechanisms that allow subsequent consultation.
Likewise, FIBRATEL ALL CONECTED carries out treatments in which consent is not necessary when it is framed in the following assumptions:
- When provided for in a Law.
- The data is contained in publicly available sources.
- Personal data are subject to a prior dissociation procedure.
- Have the purpose of fulfilling obligations arising from a legal relationship between the holder and FIBRATEL ALL CONECTED.
- An emergency situation exists that could potentially harm an individual’s person or property.
- Are indispensable for medical care, prevention, diagnosis, the provision of health care, medical treatment or the management of health services, as long as the holder is not in a position to give consent.
- A resolution is issued by a competent authority.
V. Data retention period
We only keep the personal data of the owners to the extent that we need them in order to use them according to the purpose for which they were collected, and according to the legal basis for the treatment of this. Once they are no longer necessary for the fulfillment of the purposes foreseen by the privacy notice and the applicable legal provisions, they are cancelled.
The personal data provided will be kept as long as you do not exercise the right of cancellation, opposition to the processing of your data, or revocation of consent, or when FIBRATEL ALL CONECTED considers that they are no longer necessary to develop commercial actions, either because they are not relevant, correct or outdated.
In any case, FIBRATEL ALL CONECTED reserves the right to keep the data duly blocked, without giving it any use, until the legal or contractual prescription period, while they may be necessary for the exercise or defense of claims or may derive some kind of judicial, legal or contractual liability from its treatment, which must be attended and for which its recovery is necessary. The cancellation of personal data will give rise to a blocking period after which the data will be deleted.
VI. Transfer of personal data
We inform you that personal data may be transferred, without legally required consent, to the following natural or legal persons:
- Authorities to which FIBRATEL ALL CONECTED must communicate your personal information by virtue of a law, in order to comply with the corresponding regulations, as well as for the recognition or exercise of any right.
- Individuals or legal entities with whom we have a contract signed or to be signed, which is in your interest, with the purpose of granting you benefits.
- In the event of any of the transfers contemplated in Article 37 of the LFPDPPP.
If you do not express your refusal for us to carry out these transfers, or any of them, we will understand that you have given us your consent. You can object to the treatment from this moment by sending an email to info@fibratel.com

Cancellation
Delete data when the processing does not comply with the regulations.
- A preliminary blocking is performed prior to definitive removal.
Opposition

Exception: Does not apply when processing is required by law.

You may apply by yourself or through a legal representative.

The application must include:
- Name of the holder and means of contact to receive the response.
- Documents proving your identity or legal representation.
- Clear and precise description of the data for which you wish to exercise the right.
- Any other element that facilitates the location of personal data.
Be sure to attach all necessary documentation.
Response communication
FIBRATEL ALL CONECTED will notify the response of the request to the holder through the means indicated by the holder or those indicated in this Privacy Notice.
If you are not satisfied with the response or do not receive a response, you may file a data protection request with INAI.
Appeal before INAI
If you do not receive a response or feel that your rights have not been respected, you may file a data protection request with INAI.
