• Certified on the basis of Standard UNE-EN-ISO 14001 andEuropean Regulation EMAS 1221/2009, which reflects our commitment to the environment and strict compliance with environmental legislation  
• The Ministry for the Environment and Urban Planning of the Community of Madrid recently awarded us the Silver Recognition for 10 Years of Continuous EMAS Registration
• Implementation and certification Standard UNE-ISO/IEC 20000-1:2011 with the purpose of improving the management of information services and technology.

The purpose of our Data Security Policy is to establish the guidelines required to ensure the information systems required for the provision of the services, through the fulfilment of all the applicable legal obligations within the organisation, as well as to have the service components under control and provide the quality services expected by customersthereby preventing any problems that may affect the security of the systems and services.

Each year Fibratel analyses customer satisfaction in relation to the service through surveys and the analysis of the compliance of the response time for faults covered by maintenance (SLAs). The result is the Fibratel Annual Service Report.
